Initiating a Return

  • Attach the provided label and address it to us.
  • Return the package via a Post Office counter and obtain proof of postage.
  • Keep your proof of postage safe for reference.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund (excluding delivery charges) will be processed within 10 working days.

Responsibility

  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  • Parcels returned due to an incomplete or invalid address will incur redelivery charges.

International Returns

  • International customers can return parcels using any postal service, but all shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Mark your parcel as 'returned goods' to avoid additional charges.
  • We do not refund international customs taxes and sales charges.
